HybridDashboard is operated by an independent developer (the “Operator”) based in the Netherlands. For questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us via the Contact form on the homepage or through the in-app support system. This policy is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: email address, display name, hashed password (bcrypt — never stored in readable form), language preference, registration date, subscription status, and an optional profile photo. We also store trading journal entries you voluntarily add. We do not collect precise location data, payment card details, or browsing history outside the Platform.
We process your data under the following legal bases:
• Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of the contract (operating your account and delivering the service);
• Art. 6(1)(c) — compliance with legal obligations (e.g. fraud prevention);
• Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement).
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
We use a limited number of third-party service providers (sub-processors) to operate the Platform. Each is bound by a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. Categories of sub-processors:
• Cloud database provider (EU-region) — secure storage of account data and journal entries;
• AI analysis provider (United States) — generates market context. Prompts do not contain personal identifying information. Transfer to the US is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR;
• Payment processor (United States / EU) — handles subscription billing independently under its own privacy policy; we do not store payment card details;
• Transactional email provider (United States) — delivers account and notification emails. Transfer covered by SCCs;
• OAuth provider — optional Google sign-in. Only applies if you choose this login method.
A full list of named sub-processors is available on request via the in-app support system.
HybridDashboard uses only functionally necessary storage: session tokens (authentication), user preferences (language, theme), and cached market data. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tools are used. You can clear local storage at any time via your browser settings.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. Session tokens expire after 12 hours of inactivity. Trading journal data is stored only in your account and is deleted when you delete your account.
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
• Access — request a copy of your personal data;
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data;
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
• Restriction — request that we limit processing;
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Exercise these rights via your account settings (My Data section) or by contacting us through the in-app support. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens — autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12). All communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Session tokens are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and stored only in the browser. Access to the database is restricted to server-side functions; no direct database access is exposed. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens within 72 hours as required by GDPR Art. 33–34.
The Platform is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform with at least 14 days’ notice. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. © 2025–2026 HybridDashboard. By accessing or using HybridDashboard (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. HybridDashboard is a private analytical tool developed by an independent developer (the “Operator”). The Platform is not registered as a financial adviser, investment firm, or regulated entity with any regulatory authority, including the AFM (Autoriteit Financiële Markten).
All information, analyses, signals, bias scores, AI-generated insights, macro briefings, and any other content provided through HybridDashboard is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, or legal advice of any kind. The Operator is not a licensed financial adviser. Do not base any financial decision solely on information from this Platform. Always consult a qualified financial professional before trading.
The Platform uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic Claude) to generate market analyses. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. The Operator makes no representation that AI-generated content reflects actual market conditions. AI analyses do not constitute signals, recommendations, or predictions. The Operator is not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
Trading in currencies, indices, commodities, derivatives, and other financial instruments carries a significant risk of loss, including the total loss of invested capital. Leveraged products (CFDs, forex, futures) can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit. Past performance of any analysis, signal, or strategy shown on the Platform does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their consequences. The Operator accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial loss arising from use of this Platform.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or incorrect. The Operator is not responsible for third-party data errors.
Access to paid features requires a subscription. Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment is processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. Free trials are limited to one per person; creating multiple accounts to circumvent this restriction is prohibited.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by starting to use the paid features before the 14-day period expires, you expressly consent to the service commencing immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. To exercise your withdrawal right within the 14-day window before use begins, contact us through the Platform.
You may not: (a) share, resell, or sublicense access to the Platform; (b) use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or the Platform’s infrastructure; (f) redistribute or publish AI-generated analyses from the Platform without written consent; (g) create multiple accounts to abuse free-trial access.

Access is strictly personal and non-transferable. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at the Operator’s discretion. The Platform is intended for users aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform. The Operator’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the three months preceding the claim. Where the service was provided free of charge, total liability is capped at EUR 0.00. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.
The Operator is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, API failures, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, acts of government, or natural disasters.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform with at least 14 days’ notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall first be submitted to mediation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
